Today's Schedule:
5:30 am= 1/2 mile swim in Foy's Lake (air temp= 46 F, water temp= ? much warmer, sunrise= 6:17 am)
4:30 pm= recovery spin + upper body weight training
in between= 8 hours of sitting down... ahhh
